What Warranties Does Ochre Living Offer for Outdoor Fireplace Kits?

Ochre Living provides a comprehensive 5-year warranty ensuring the core product is free from defects. This warranty specifically covers major structural cracks resulting from manufacturing defects, which would render the unit unsuitable for its intended purpose. It’s important to note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by excessive heat or overloading.

This warranty does not include consumable components such as firebricks, log retainers, and the cooking grill. Additionally, any damages incurred during use unrelated to manufacturing defects are not covered.

Once the render has been applied, the warranty does not extend to damages caused by accidental knocks or other accidental damage. It’s worth mentioning that minor hairline cracks, which are non-structural, are considered normal and do not warrant a warranty claim.
