Warranty

Ochre Living offers a complete 5-year warranty that the base product is free from defects. This warranty covers any major structural cracks that occur as a result of a manufacturing defect that prevents the unit from being used for its intended purpose, however, excludes any damage caused by excessive heat or overloading.

This warranty excludes consumables which would include firebricks, log retainers, cooking grill, and any damage in use that is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Once render has been applied, this warranty does not cover damage caused by knocks or accidental damage. Small hairline cracks are considered normal, non-structural and do not justify a claim.
